Since our beginning in 2016 our goal has always been to create clothing that looks great, fits perfectly, made from the world’s best fabric mills and is great value. Weyridges success is built on understanding the principles of classic tailoring, combining them with modern designs and technology.
Come 2018, founder Michael Hughes had revised the business name several times before deciding on Weyridges. Hughes & Co, Weybridges were several considerations at the time. While building a solid client base, Michael was also searching for driven passionate people to join the Team.
Covid 19 was a challenging time for everyone and we were not excluded. Wearing a suit was not high on the agenda during this time, where some businesses were able to pivot into something essential. Michael set the business aside for a time and focused on his family.
Fast forward a few years and Australia and the world are picking themselves back up after the pandemic. Business was open again and everyone was slowly emerging from Weyridges Tailoring House back into the office. Rebuilding our client base and establishing a new market.
2024 We are in full swing with Weyridges, rapid growth and building client relationships. We welcomed Juan Gonzalaes who joined our team as business development manager and has been a major input in the systems and growth of Weyridges.
