Non-Custom Items
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to the Weyridges return address.
Custom Garments & Workmanship Guarantee
At Weyridges, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. All custom-made garments are covered by a 6-month Workmanship Guarantee against defects in construction or materials.
What is covered:
Defects resulting from the tailoring process, such as structural seam failure (excluding the crotch area), issues with hardware or construction inconsistencies.
What is not covered:
- General Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from regular use over time, including fabric thinning, pilling or general degradation.
- Crotch Blowout: Due to the nature of physical movement and friction, "crotch blowout" is considered a result of normal wear and tear and is not covered.
- Improper Care: Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage or neglect of care instructions.
- Alterations: Any unauthorised modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Our Commitment to Fit
We want you to be 100% satisfied. Upon collection, if your garment does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution. In some instances, the best course of action may be a local adjustment, which may be covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If a garment is deemed unwearable due to a production error and cannot be rectified, we may, at our discretion, offer a remake.
