Our Perfect Fit Guarantee
At Weyridges, we take pride in delivering garments crafted to fit beautifully. During your final try-on, our stylist will assess the fit, balance and comfort of your garment to ensure it meets our professional tailoring standards.
Alterations
Minor adjustments required to achieve the intended fit are complimentary. Changes of mind or subsequent personal fit preferences are not included.
Remakes
Where significant fitting issues cannot reasonably be corrected through alterations, Weyridges will arrange a suitable remedy, including a complimentary remake where appropriate.
Future Adjustments
For preference-based changes requested after 14 days, we offer an alterations service at the customer's expense. Contact us to arrange.
*Our complimentary Perfect Fit Guarantee period is 14 days following your initial try-on or collection. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this period.
Client-Directed Alterations & Fit Acceptance
Every Weyridges garment is professionally assessed for fit, balance, comfort and movement. We understand that individual preferences vary, and some clients may prefer a closer or more restrictive fit than our stylists recommend.
We are happy to accommodate personal preferences wherever technically achievable. However, where alterations are specifically requested against our professional fitting recommendations, the following conditions apply:
- Complimentary Initial Alteration. Weyridges will cover one agreed round of client-directed alterations within the initial Perfect Fit Guarantee period, provided the alterations are technically feasible.
- Professional Recommendations. Our stylist will explain the recommended fit and any foreseeable consequences of the requested changes, including potential impacts on comfort, mobility, garment balance, fabric tension and overall appearance.
- Client Approval. Where alterations fall outside our professional recommendations, the requested changes will be documented and written client approval will be obtained before work commences.
- Acceptance of Personal Fit. Once the agreed alterations have been completed in accordance with the client's approved instructions, the client accepts their selected fit preference and responsibility for the resulting fit-related limitations that were reasonably explained before proceeding.
- Further Alterations. Any subsequent requests to reverse, loosen, tighten or otherwise modify the approved client-directed fit will be considered a new alteration request and may incur additional charges. Such changes are not included in our complimentary Perfect Fit Guarantee.
- Alteration Limitations. Weyridges reserves the right to decline any requested alteration that cannot reasonably be achieved or may compromise the structural integrity, construction or intended function of the garment.
Client Acknowledgement & Agreement
By providing written approval for alterations
that fall outside Weyridges' professional
recommendations, I acknowledge that I have
been advised of the recommended garment fit
and the foreseeable consequences of my
requested changes.
I confirm that these alterations are being
undertaken at my personal request and that
Weyridges has agreed to cover the initial
alteration cost.
I understand that, upon satisfactory completion
of the alterations in accordance with my
approved instructions, I accept responsibility
for my chosen fit preference. Any additional
alterations requested solely to reverse or
further modify that preference will be at
my expense.
This acknowledgement does not affect my rights
in relation to genuine fitting errors, defective
workmanship or applicable consumer guarantees.
Please note: Our Perfect Fit Guarantee is designed to address genuine fitting concerns, not provide unlimited complimentary alterations for changing personal preferences. We encourage all clients to consider their stylist's professional recommendations before requesting additional adjustments.
Australian Consumer Law
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy or any client-directed alteration agreement excludes, restricts or modifies statutory consumer guarantees or Weyridges' responsibility for defective workmanship or a failure to exercise due care and skill.
