We’ll start with your wedding setting: formal or relaxed, indoors or outdoors, summer or winter. Then we’ll explore the fabric weight, colour, construction and silhouette that suit your plans.

Plan ahead
When should you organise your wedding suit?
We recommend beginning around 3–4 months before your wedding, giving you time to consider the options and complete your final fitting without unnecessary pressure.

Your suit is made
Typical custom production takes 3–4 weeks. Allow extra time for fittings, delivery and any adjustments.
Final fitting
Try on your completed suit at least two weeks before the event so any necessary alterations can be completed.

A coordinated wedding party, without the complexity.
Your wedding party doesn’t have to purchase identical suits to look cohesive. We can help bring the look together through matching or complementary custom garments, along with our black suit and tuxedo hire options.
Custom for the groom. Hire for the party.
This can be a practical combination when the groom wants a made-to-measure garment to keep, while groomsmen prefer a hire option. Our hire collection is limited to black suits and black tuxedos, so we’ll work with that range when planning the overall look.
White shirts, ties, bow ties and selected accessories can help bring the outfits together. We can also discuss fittings for wedding party members who live outside Brisbane.

Wedding suits Brisbane: your questions answered.
How early should I book a wedding suit fitting?
We recommend booking about 3–4 months before your wedding. Typical custom production is 3–4 weeks, but planning ahead allows time for consultations, delivery and final alterations. Your final fitting should take place at least two weeks before the event.
Are Weyridges suits fully bespoke or made-to-measure?
Our standard custom suits are made-to-measure. We work from refined base patterns and customise measurements, proportions and design features for each customer. We can also accommodate selected pattern modifications.
Can I customise my wedding suit?
Yes. You can choose from a wide selection of fabrics and customise details such as lapels, pockets, lining, buttons, monogramming and the overall styling of the garment.
Do you offer wedding suit hire in Brisbane?
Yes. Our New Farm showroom offers black suit and black tuxedo hire, along with shirts and accessories. We don’t offer coloured suit hire.
Can you fit my groomsmen too?
Yes. We can help coordinate custom suits and our black suit or tuxedo hire range for wedding parties. Let us know your group size and wedding date when booking.
